Free shipping for orders in Italy and Europe. For all the others shipments extra EU an additional cost could be charged at the checkout. N.B. Customs taxes and duties to be paid by the recipient.

Order Delivery and Tracking
Your order will be delivered during business hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday). Make sure you correctly write your delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number so the courier can contact you in case of need. You will be able to check the status of your shipment thanks to the DHL ODD - On Delivery Demand service.
The shipment of the order begins when the order is accepted and could take a period of 24 hours during which your items will be processed and sent from our warehouse.
During sales and busy periods, the duration of this process may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders.
If none is available to receive the package at the delivery address, DHL will try to make the delivery three more times, and from there on the package will be sent to storage.
After two delivery attempts, the Sleep No More - made in Italy Customer Service will contact you by email.
We only accept returns requested no later than 14 days from the order's delivery. The returned garment must be in excellent condition and never used except for a test, it must also have the guarantee tag still applied and sealed.
Once the return has been received in our warehouses and the due quality checks have been carried out we'll proceed with the purchase's refund and communicate it by email.
